Our terms and conditions ensure a clear understanding of our services and expectations.
Our terms and conditions serve to protect both parties by detailing payment policies, usage rights, and cancellation procedures for a smooth photography experience.
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure the photographer’s services. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the photoshoot. Payments can typically be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. No photographs will be delivered until all payments have been received.
All photographic materials, including digital files and prints, remain the exclusive property of the photographer, who holds the copyright to all images created. Clients are granted a limited license for personal use only and may not sell, reproduce, or alter the images without the photographer’s explicit consent. Any commercial use of the images requires additional agreements.
Standard editing, including color correction and exposure adjustments, is included in the service. Additional retouching or specific edits may incur extra charges. The photographer retains artistic discretion over the final edits, and clients should expect a selection of images for review based on the photographer’s judgment.
Clients may cancel their booking with a full refund of the booking fee if notice is given more than six days before the scheduled date. If cancellation occurs within six days, the booking fee is forfeited. Clients can reschedule their session, provided they give adequate notice and the photographer is available for the new date.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or equipment failure, the photographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of any fees paid. The photographer is not responsible for any damages or loss of images due to circumstances beyond their control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained for locations and subjects. They should communicate any specific requests or requirements to the photographer in advance, including a shot list if desired. Clients must also ensure that guests do not obstruct the photographer during the session. These terms establish a clear understanding between the photographer and the client, ensuring both parties are aware of their rights and responsibilities throughout the photography process.
